President/Owner

With over 15 years of professional experience, Amanda Radmand took on the role of President and Chief Executive Officer at Newport Technical Consulting (NTC) in January 2020. In this capacity, Amanda oversees daily operations and leads business development efforts to ensure the company delivers innovative and effective solutions to its public and private sector clients.

Amanda embodies NTC’s spirit of collaboration, leading efforts to solve complex technology challenges efficiently and effectively. Her exceptional relationship management skills and deep understanding of the public sector are key to strengthening partnerships with existing clients and identifying new opportunities for growth.

Chief Growth Officer

With over 30 years, Patrick brings comprehensive public-sector experience with managing a wide range of IT/BPO organizations, project knowledge encompassing, organizational change management, IT Governance, budget cycles, IT policies/practices, procurement vehicles/cycles, and project management work plans. Patrick has In-depth knowledge and experience of State and Local Government, budgets, policies, procurement, and administration.  Patrick leads his team through a motivational management style while driving consensus to achieve business goals.

VP, Operations and Delivery

Michael is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in system implementation projects, showcasing comprehensive expertise across all phases of the system development lifecycle (SDLC). His core competencies encompass requirements gathering and analysis, design and development, system testing, Go Live, and maintenance and operations. Dedicated to guiding clients through each phase of the SDLC, Michael ensures the application of best practices while effectively addressing business requirements. He possesses a unique ability to tailor implementation strategies to align with clients' organizational structures and team environments, which is essential for achieving successful outcomes. A strong advocate for collaboration, Michael engages stakeholders at all levels to develop implementation strategies that are both effective and efficient. His unwavering commitment to quality assurance ensures that client needs and expectations are consistently met.
